Agreement
By downloading or using SnapBright, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms may be updated from time to time and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
SnapBright Pro Subscription
SnapBright offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks premium layouts, fonts, and stickers. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly plan. Pricing is shown at the time of purchase in the App Store.
Both plans provide the same features — monthly and yearly are billing interval options only.
Auto-Renewal
SnapBright Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Your Apple ID will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until then.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard App Store refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
Use of the App
SnapBright is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app. All content, designs, and assets within SnapBright remain the property of Jesse Morgutia.
Disclaimer
SnapBright is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Jesse Morgutia is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
