Agreement
By downloading or playing Brew Rush, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be shown on this page with a new date, and continued use of the app means you accept them.
These terms apply alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which covers apps downloaded from the App Store. If these terms conflict with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement controls.
Free to Play
Brew Rush is free to download and play. It does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Advertising
Brew Rush shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are created by third-party advertisers, and we do not endorse or control the products or services they promote. Anything you do after tapping an ad is between you and the advertiser. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use information and how to manage your ad choices.
Scores and Game Center
Brew Rush always saves your best score on your device. If you're signed in to Apple's Game Center, each run's score is also posted to the Brew Rush leaderboard, which keeps your best, and other players can see your Game Center nickname and score.
If you play while offline or signed out, your best score is kept on your device and sent to the leaderboard the next time you open Brew Rush while signed in and online. When you're signed in, the best score shown in the game is the higher of your device's best and your leaderboard best. Leaderboard scores can't be lowered or reset.
Leaderboards are provided by Apple's Game Center and are subject to Apple's terms. Please play fairly. We do not guarantee that leaderboards, ranks, or scores will always be available or accurate.
Use of the App
Brew Rush is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app, except as permitted by applicable law. All game content, artwork, and designs remain the property of Jesse Morgutia, except third-party materials used under their own licenses, such as the Jersey 10 font (SIL Open Font License, viewable in the game's Settings under Font licenses) and sound effects from Freesound.org released under CC0 (public domain).
You are welcome to share screenshots and the score images the game creates.
Fair Play
Don't cheat, use bots, modify the app, or exploit bugs to post scores. We may ask Apple to remove scores we believe were obtained unfairly.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brew Rush is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantees regarding availability. To the extent permitted by law, Jesse Morgutia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to Brew Rush is strictly limited to the amount of money you paid us directly to download the app. Because Brew Rush is free to download, this amount is exactly $0.00. You agree that viewing advertisements in the app, or any data collected for advertising purposes, does not constitute a financial payment to us. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
Ending These Terms
Your license ends automatically if you break these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the app. We may stop offering or updating the app at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement are the entire agreement about the app.
